Cancellation policy

The Hematite Band Gift Stack Subscription is designed to be flexible. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.

HOW IT WORKS

When you subscribe, the pack you selected (1 Solo, 2 Pair, 3 Shieldwall, or 5 Longship) ships every 60 days at 15% off the regular price.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

After you place your first subscription order, you receive a confirmation email with a link to your subscription customer portal. From there you can:

- Skip the next delivery
- Change the next delivery date
- Pause the subscription
- Cancel anytime, no questions asked

NO MINIMUM COMMITMENT

There is no minimum number of deliveries. You can cancel before your second order ships and you will have only paid for the first one.

HOW TO CANCEL

1. Through your customer portal (link in your confirmation email), or
2. By emailing support@hematiteband.com with your order number and the request "Cancel my subscription".

Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. If you cancel before the next renewal date, no further charges will be made. If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, that order will still ship and the cancellation applies to subsequent deliveries.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders are eligible for the 30-day return window per our Return and Refund Policy.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

We may update the discount, cadence, or terms with at least 14 days notice to active subscribers via email. Existing subscribers can cancel before the change takes effect.
