Refund policy

We stand behind every Hematite Band. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

30-DAY HOLD-THE-LINE GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return your Hematite Band for a full refund of the product price. The band must be in resellable condition: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@hematiteband.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return address and instructions.

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

- Original or return shipping costs, unless the product arrived faulty or wrong.
- Damage caused by force, water exposure beyond normal daily wear, or modification.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

If your band arrives faulty, broken, or you received the wrong variant, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and either replace the band or refund you in full, your choice.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

Once we receive and inspect the returned band, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, lost or damaged-in-transit parcels are replaced free. Email support@hematiteband.com with photos of the damaged package or the tracking link showing the parcel was lost.
