Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard: $6.50 (5 to 10 business days)
Express: $12.95 (2 to 5 business days)
Orders with a subtotal over $100 qualify for free Standard shipping. Express remains a paid upgrade.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we ship within Australia only. International is on the roadmap. If you are outside Australia and want first access, email support@hematiteband.com.
LOST OR STUCK PARCELS
If your tracking has not moved in 7 business days, email support@hematiteband.com with your order number and tracking link. We will chase it with the carrier.
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will replace the order at no cost.
ADDRESS ERRORS
If you provided the wrong shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@hematiteband.com. Once the parcel has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
